Allah Ta’ala farmata hai:
Ramzan woh mahina hai jis mein
Qur’an nazil huwa, jo logon ke liye
hidayat hai aur jis mein hidayat ke liye
aur Haqq wa baatil mein farq karne
ke liye nishaniyan hain.

RAMZAN SE MUTALLIQ AHKAAM

Q.1 Ramzan ke Roze kyun Farz kiye gayein?

• Allah Taala ne farmaya:
Ai imaan walon tum par Roze farz kar diye gaye
waise hi jaise tum se pehle logon par farz kiye gaye
the, taki tum Taqwa ki raah ikhtiyar karo.

• Baizawee farmate hain:
Taki tum gunahon se bacho, kyunki Roze sahwaton ko
todta hai aur sahwat hi se gunahon ki shuruwat hoti hai,
jaisa ke Allah ke Rasool صلى الله عليه وسلمne farmaya: Jo Nikah na
kar sakta ho, woh Roze ka ihtemam kare, kyunki Roze us
ke liye (sahwaton ko) todne ka zariya hai.

Q.2 Imaan aur Ihtesab ke saath Roze aur Qiyam e Ramazan ke kya ma’ani hai?

• Allah ke Rasool صلى الله عليه وسلمne farmaya:
Jis ne Imaan ke saath aur Sawab ki niyat se Ramzan ke Roze rakhe us ke
pichhle saare Gunah muaaf kar diye jate hain.

Imaanan se murad Roze par Allah ki taraf se kiye gaye wadah ko sach
mante huye Roze rakhna hai, aur Ihtesaban se murad us ajr ki talab
karte huye Roze rakhna hai na ki riya wagairah ki buniyad par.

Q.3 Kya Ramazan mein saare Jinn qaid kar diye jaate hain?

• Allah ke Rasool صلى الله عليه وسلمne farmaya:
Jab Ramzan ki pehli raat hoti hai toh Jinnon mein se sharkash shayateen
ko zanjeeron mein qaid kiya jata hai, Jahannum ke darwaze band kar
diya jata hai, (mahine bhar) us ka koi darwajah nahin khulta aur Jannat
ke darwaze khol diye jate hai (mahine bhar) us ka koi darwaza band nahi
kiya jata, ek nidaa lagane wala nidaa lagata hai: Ai khayr ke talab karne
wale, aage badh aur ai shar ka irada karne wale, ruk jaa, aur Allah kuchh
logon ko Jahannum se azad kar deta hai.

• Allah ke Rasool صلى الله عليه وسلمne farmaya:
Ai logon! Mujhe Shab e Qadr ki pehchan karayi gayi thi aur Main
tumhein batlane ke liye aa raha tha magar yahan do(2) shaksh ladh rahe
the aur un ke saath shaytan bhi tha lihaja woh Mujhe bhoola di gayi.

Q.4 Kya Ramazan se ek do din qabl Nafl Roze rakh sakte hain?

Jab nisf e Shabaan ho jaye toh Ramazan aane tak Roze na rakho.

toh woh us din ka Roze rakh sakta hai.

Q.5 Shabaan ki 29 tareekh ko badal ki wajah se Hilal na dikhayi de toh kya karein?

(Ramazan ka) chand dekh kar Roze rakho aur (Sawwal ka) chand dekh
kar iftaar (Roze rakhna band) karo aur agar aasmaan saaf na ho toh
Shabaan ke 30 din poore kar lo.

Q.7 Ramzan ke Hilal ke liye kitne logon ki gawahi darkar hai?

• Allah ke Rasool صلى الله عليه وسلمne farmaya:
Chand dekh kar Roze rakhna shuru karo aur chand dekh kar hi Roze
rakhne se ruk jao aur apni ibadat (Hajj wagairah) ke auqaat chand ki
ruw’yat se hi muqarrar kar liya karo, agar chand tumhein nazar na aaye
toh poore 30 din ki ginti poori kar lo aur agar 2 Musalman gawahi de
diye toh in ki gawahi par Roze rakho aur 2 Musalman ki gawahi par hi
iftaar kar lo (yani Roze rakhna band kar do).

bhi Roza rakhne ka hukum diya.

Q.8 Jis ko din ke kisi hisse mein Hilal ki khabar mile woh kya kare?

Rubai’ bint Mu’awwij Radhiallahu Anha farmati hain:
Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلمne Ashura’ ki subah ansar ke muhallon mein yeh paigham
bheja, jo Roza se nahi hai woh baqiya din Roza rakhe aur jo Roza se hai
woh apni Roza poora kare, farmati hain: lihaja us ke baad hum yeh
(Ashura’ ka) Roza rakhte aur apne bachcahon se bhi Roza rakhwate.
Unke liye Unn(Wool) ke khilone banate, agar koi bachcha rota toh usey
woh gudya thama dete yahan tak ki iftaar ka waqt ho jata.

Q.9 Kya dur daraj ke ilaqon mein Roza aur Laylatul Qadr mein farq ho sakta hai?

Kuraib Rahimahullah farmate hain:
Umm Fazl bint Haris ne unhein Mu’awiah Radhiallahu Anhu ke paas
Sham bheja. Farmate hain: main Sham aaya aur un ka diya huwa kaam
poora kiya, abhi main sham hi mein tha ki Ramzan ka chand nazar
aagaya, maine Jumu’ah ki raat chand dekha, phir mahine ki akhri dino
mein Madinah pahunch gaya. Abdullah ibn Abbas Radhiallahu Anhuma
ne dauran e guftagu chand ka jikr kiya aur mujh se poochha: tum ne
(sham mein) chand kab dekha? Maine kaha: hum ne Jumu’ah ki raat
chand dekha tha, unhone poochha: kya tum ne khud dekha tha? maine
kaha: haan, aur logon ne bhi dekha aur Roza rakha, aur Mu’awiah
Radhiallahu Anhu ne bhi Roza rakha. Us par unhone kaha: lekin hum ne
toh sanichar ki raat chand dekha tha, so hum barabar Roza rakhte chale
jayenge yahan tak ki 30 ki ginti poori kar lein ya chand dekh lein, maine
poochha: kya aapke liye Mu’awiah Radhiallahu Anhu ki riwayat aur un
ka Roza rakhna kaafi (daleel) nahi hai? aap ne jawab diya: nahi, RasoolAllah صلى الله عليه وسلمne humein aisa hi hukum diya hai.

Q. 11 Qiyam e Ramazan yani Taraweeh ki masnoon Rakaat kitni hai?

Rakaat se jyada nahin padhte thein, Aap pehle char(4) Rakaat padhte, un
ke husn aur tuaalat ke mutalliq na puchhoo, phir char(4) Rakaat aur
padhte un ke husn aur tueel hone ke mutalliq na puchho, phir teen(3)
Rakaat padhte, Maine poocha: Ai Allah ke Rasool صلى الله عليه وسلم !Aap witr
padhne se qabl so jate hain? Aap ne jawab diya: Ai Aishah! Meri
aankhein soti hai magar Mera dil nahin sota.

Q.12 Hazrat Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne Qiyam e Ramazan ki kitni Rakaat ka hukum diya tha?

taweel Qiyam ki wajah se lathion(stick) ka sahara liya karte thein aur
humari Namaaz, Fazr ke bilkul qareeb khatm hoti thi.

Q.14 Kya ba Jamaat Qiyam e Ramazan Bidaat hai?

Abu Dharr Radhiallahu Anhu farmate hain:
Hum ne Allah ke Rasool صلى الله عليه وسلمke saath Roza rakha, Aap ne humein
Namaaz (Qiyam e Ramazan) nahi padhayi yahan tak ki Ramazan ki sirf
saat(7) raatein baki reh gayi thin (22 Roze ho chuke thein), phir us (23
ween) raat Aapne humein Namaaz padhayi aur itni taweeel Namaaz
padhayi ki raat ka ek tihayi hisse guzar gaya, phir chhati raat Aapne
humein Namaaz nahin padhayi, paanchween raat Aapne humari imamat
ki aur itni taweel padhayi ke adhi raat guzar gayi. Humne kaha: Ai allah
ke Rasool! Kyun na baqiah raat mein bhi Aap humein yeh Nafl Namaaz
padha den! Aapne farmaya: Jo imaam ke saath yeh Namaaz padhe hatta
ki imaam Namaaz poori kar le, us ke liye poori raat Qiyam ka sawab
likha jata hai. Phir Aapne humari imamat nahin ki haata ki Ramazan ki
teen raatein baqi reh gayi, phir teesre din ki raat mein Aapne humein
Namaaz padhayi jis mein Aapne apne Ahl aur apni biwiyon ko bhi
shamil kar liya, Aapne humein itni taweel Namaaz padhayi ki humein
Falah ki faut hone ka darr hone laga. Jubair bin Nufair farmate hain:
Maine un se (yani Abu Dharr Radhiallahu Anhu se) poochha: yeh Falah
kya hai? Unhone kaha: Shehri.

ke saath Namaaz mein sharik ho gaye. Phir agle din bhi Aap ne Namaaz
padhi toh log mazeed badh gaye, phir log teesri ya chauthi raat ko bhi
jamaa huye toh Allah ke Rasool صلى الله عليه وسلم)Namaaz ke liye) un ki taraf bahar
nahin nikle. Jab subah (yani Fajr) huyi toh Aapne farmaya: tumhare
(Masjid mein jamaa ho jane ke) amal ko Maine dekh liya tha lekin
Mujhe tumhari taraf nikalne se bas is cheez ne rok liya ke mujhe
andesha huwa kahin yeh Namaaz tum par Farz na kar di jaye.

hukum bhi diya karte the.

{Qul ya ayyha alkafiroon} aur teesre rakaat mein {Qul huwa Allahu

Malik ki) aur teesri martaba {Subhana al-malikil quddoos} kehte huye

Q.22 Kya Taraweeh ke baad mazeed Qiyam ul-layl ki gunzaish hai?

Qays bin Talq Radhiallahu Anhu farmate hain:
Talq bin Ali Ramazan mein ek din humare paas aaye, aur humare hi
paas Saum ki aur iftaar kiya, phir usi raat humein Namaaz padhayi aur
witr bhi padhai. Phir apni Masjid mein gaye aur apne saathiyon ko
namaaz padhayi aur jab witr (padhani) baqi rahi toh ek shaksh ko aage
kar diya aur kaha: apne saathiyon ko witr padhao kyunki maine Allah ke
Rasool صلى الله عليه وسلمse suna hai, Aap farmate thein: ek raat mein do (2) witr
nahin.

Q.27 Kya Musafir kisi ujr ke sabab Roze tod sakta hai?

Jabir RadhiAllahu Anhu farmate hain:
Fath e Makkah ke saal Allah ke Rasool صلى الله عليه وسلمRamazan ke mahine mein
Makkah rawana huye, jab Aap Kura’Al Ghameem pahunchhein toh
Aapne Roza rakha aur logon ne bhi Roza rakha. Phir Aap ko yeh baat
pahunchhi ki Roza rakhne se logon ko bahut takleef ho rahi hai toh Aap
ne Asr ke baad ek bartan mein paani mangwa kar sab ke saamne usey
piya, is par baaz logon ne apni Roza tod diya lekin baaz ab bhi Roza se
hi rahe, jab yeh baat Allah ke Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلمko pahunchhi ke baaz log ab
bhi Roza se hain toh Aap ne farmaya: yeh log nafarman hai.

Ibn Abbas RadhiAllahu Anhuma farmate hain: yeh Ayat mansookh nahi
hai balki us Umr raseeda mard wa aurat ke baare mein hai jo Roze
rakhne ki istata’at nahi rakhte, yeh dono har din ke badle ek miskeen ko
khana khilayein.

Q.29 Kya ek saath tamam Rozon ka fidya de sakte hain?

Anas bin Malik RadhiAllahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki:
Woh ek saal Roze rakhne se ma’joor ho gaye toh unhone ek bartan mein
Sarid banwaya aur tees (30) miskeeno ko dawat di aur unhein bhar pet
khila diya.

Q.30 Mareej ke Roze ka kya hukum hai?

• Allah Taala ne farmaya:
Phir Jo koi tum mein se mareej ho ya safar par ho toh woh (apne in
chhoote huye Rozon ki) ginti (Ramazan ke baad) doosre dinon mein
poori karle, aur jin logon ko is mein (yani Roze mein) sadeed musaqqat
hoti ho toh un par ek miskeen ko khana (khilana) bataur fidya hai.

• Ibn Abbas RadhiAllahu Anhu Allah ke is farman {waAala allajeena
yuteeqoonahu fidyatun taAamu miskeen} ke mutalliq farmate hain:
{yuteeqoonahu} se muraad jo is se bahut takleef mahsoos karte hain,
(fidyatun taAamu miskeen): ek miskeen (ko khana bataur fidya)
(faman tatawwaAa khayran): ek se jayed miskeen ko khilana-yeh
mansookh nahin hai, (fahuwa khayrun lahu waan tasoomoo khayrun
lakum) [toh yeh us ke liye behtar hai, aur tum Roze rakho yeh tumhare
liye jyada achha hai] is mein rukhsat sirf us ko hai jo Roza rakhne ki
takleef bardast nahi kar sakta ya woh mareej jise marj se shifaa ki ameed
na ho.

Q.31 Hamila aur Murzia ke liye agar Roze mein zarar ka andesha ho toh kya kare ?

• Ibn Abbas Radhi Allahu’Anhu farmate hai:
Agar Ramazan mein (Roze ki wajah se) hamila ko apne liye aur doodh
pilane wali aurat ko bachche par khatra mehsoos ho toh woh Roza na
rakhe aur har din ek miskeen ko khana khilaye, mazeed ye ke woh Roze
ki qaza bhi na kare.”

• Saeed bin Jubair se riwayat hai ke Ibn Abbas Radhi Allahu’Anhu ne apni
Umme Walada (bandi jis se aulaad ho) se kaha jo Hamila ya Murzia
(doodh pilane wali) thi: tum un logon mein se ho jo Roze ki quwat nahi
rakhti, tum par Roze ka badla (fidya) hai Qaza nahi.

Q.32 Kya Rozon ki Qaza lagataar karna zaroori hai?

• Allah Taala ne farmaya:
“Aagar tum mein se koi mareej ho ya safar mein ho toh utne din gin kar
baad mein Roza rakhle.”

Allah ke is farman ke mutabiq (faAiddatun min ayyamin okhara)
rozon ki qaza lagataar karna zaroori nahi.

SHEHRI WA IFTAAR SE MUTALLIQ AHKAAM

Q.33 Sehri ka afzal waqt kaunsa hai?

Anas Radi Allahu’Anhu farmate hai:
Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam aur Zaid bin Sabit Radi Allahu’Anhu
ne sehri ki aur jab sehri se farig huye toh Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi
wasallam Namaaz ke liye khade huye aur Namaaz padhi, Rawi kehte
hain: humne Anas Radi Allahu’Anhu se puchha: in dono ke sehri karne
aur Namaaz padne ke darmiyaan kitna waqfa tha ? Aap Radi
Allahu’Anhu ne farmaya: itna ke ek aadmi 50 aayatein padh le.

Q.34 Agar khate huye sehri ka waqt khatam hone ka ilm ho jaye toh kya kare?

baqi rahegi jab tak wo iftar ke liye sitaron ke tuloo ka intezaar na kare.
Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi wasallam jab Roze rakhte toh ek shaksh ko tiley
par bhej dete, jab woh kehta ke suraj guroob huwa toh Aap iftar kar lete.

Jis ne BHOOL kar Roze ki Halat mein kuch kha pee liya toh woh apna
Roza poora kare kyun ki usey toh Allah ne khilaya pilaya hai.

Q.39 Kya Ramazan ki Raton mein Biwi se Jima’ jayez hai?

• Allah Ta’ala ne farmaya:
Roze ki Raat mein apni biwiyon se milna tumhare liye halaal kiya gaya
hai. [Al-Baqarah 187]

(War’rafasu) se muraad yahan Jima’ hai. Yehi baat Ibn Abbas, Ata’,
Mujahid, Saeed bin Jubair, Tawoos, Salim bin Abdullah, ‘Amr bin
Dinaar, Hasan Basri, Qatadah, Zuhri, Zahak, Ibraheem Nakhayi, Sa’adi,
Ata’ Khurasani, aur Muqatil bin Sulaiman ne kahi hai.

thein ke ek naujawan aaya aur kaha: Ai Allah ke Rasool, kya main Roze
ki halat mein (biwi ka) bosa le sakta hun? Aap ne farmaya: nahi. Itne
mein ek umr daraaz sahab aaye aur unhone puchha: Ai Allah ke Rasool,
kya main Roze ki halat mein (biwi ka) bosa le sakta hun? Aap ne
farmaya: haan!
Is par hum ek dusre ki taraf (tajjub se) dekhne lage. Allah ke Rasool
Sallallahu Aalaihi wasallam ne farmaya: Mujhe maloom hai tum ek
dusre ko kyun dekh rahe ho. Baat ye hai ke buzrug shaksh apne upar
jyada qaboo rakhte hai.

Q.49 Lailatul Qadr mein kya Duaa karna chahiye?

karte thein, lekin jis saal Aap ki wafaat huyi us saal Aap ne 20 din ka
Aitekaaf kiya.

• Hazrat Anas Radi Allahu’anhu farmate hai:
Allah ke Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi wasallam jab muqeem hote Ramazan
ke Akhri 10 dino ka Aitekaaf karte aur agar Aap (Ramazan mein) Safar
karte (aur Aitekaaf na kar paate) toh agle saal 20 din ke Aitekaaf Karte.

Q.51 Zakaat ul Fitr kis par Farz hai?

Abdullah bin Umar Radi Allahu’Anhu farmate hai:
Allah ke Rasool Sallallahu Aalaihi wasallam ne Ramazan mein Zakaatul-Fitr ko har musalmaan chahe woh azad ho ya gulam, mard ho ya
aurat, chota ho ya bada sab par Farz kiya hai.

paak karne aur miskeeno ka pet bharne ke liye muqarrar kiya gaya hai,
jisne isey namaz se pehle aada kiya toh wo maqbool sadqa hai aur jisne
isey namaz ke baad aada kiya toh ek aam sadqa hai.
